Cardiel is a skaterock duo blending stoner fuzz, psychedelic textures, and heavy dub into something built for speed and volume. Formed in Mexico City in 2010 by Samantha Ambrosio and Miguel Fraino, the band quickly carved out a following within global skate culture, earning features in Thrasher Magazine and beyond.

A constant presence on the road, Cardiel has hit stages at SXSW, Sonic Blast (Portugal), and Muddy Roots (Tennessee), while also appearing across Latin American media including Vice and Univision. In 2025 they recorded a live session at KEXP, and in 2026 they join international festival lineups like Desertfest Berlin and Sonic Whip—continuing their rise as one of the most distinctive bands to come out of the skate underground.
